Produce My Pop Track

We are an upcoming independent group with 4 singles on platforms, we’ve got the demo for a new pop single and now I want the full production treatment that will take it from rough demo to release-ready.

Once the production is locked, I’ll also need a polished stereo bounce plus individual stems so I can commission any additional remixes later. I'm looking for a mix&master that makes the song sound compact and coherent.
