Procore Setup & Expert Training

I’m starting with a completely blank Procore environment and want to turn it into a fully-functional platform while becoming an in-house expert myself. The work covers every major module—Project Management, Financial Management, as well as Quality & Safety—configured from scratch to suit our company’s workflows.

My learning style is hands-on, so we’ll run live, interactive screen-share sessions where you guide me through building out real projects, templates, permissions, and custom reports. Between sessions, I’ll apply what I’ve learned; you’ll review the results and refine the setup until I can operate each area confidently and independently.

Deliverables
• A fully configured Procore company account with project, financial, and quality/safety tools activated and tailored to our processes
• Reusable templates for submittals, RFIs, change events, budgets, inspections, and incident reporting
• Permission sets and workflow automations that match typical project roles
• A series of recorded interactive training sessions plus concise reference notes for future staff onboarding
• Final walk-through demonstrating that I can perform core tasks unaided
