I want to establish a secure, private code repository that lets my team version, branch, and merge our work without friction. The core goal is smooth code versioning and day-to-day collaboration, so the heart of the job is getting branch management right—from naming conventions to pull-request flow and release tagging.

You’re free to suggest GitHub Enterprise, GitLab, Bitbucket, or another comparable platform; my priority is that the environment remains private and the branching strategy is both scalable and easy for developers to follow. While access control and in-platform code-review tools would be nice extras, they are not mandatory at this stage—clean branch management comes first.

Deliverables
• A fully configured private repository on the agreed-upon platform
• A documented branch strategy (feature, release, hotfix, etc.) with clear merge guidelines
• A short walk-through (video call or screen-share) showing me how to apply the workflow for future projects

I’m ready to start as soon as we agree on the platform and timeline, and I’ll be available for quick feedback during the setup phase so we can keep momentum high.
