On-Demand React Native App Support

Our consumer-facing mobile app is already in production, built with React Native on the front end and a Node.js backend that integrates Razorpay for payments, Google Maps for location services and an OTP flow for user authentication. Whenever something breaks—or a small enhancement is approved—I need to be able to hand the task to someone who can jump in quickly, diagnose the issue, patch it, test on both major mobile platforms and push the fix all the way through to the stores.

Typical requests you’d handle include hot-fixing crashes, tuning performance, updating third-party packages, resolving Razorpay or Maps API errors, tightening OTP security, restoring server availability, as well as preparing and deploying new builds. You should already be comfortable tracing logs in a Node environment, working with CI/CD pipelines, and submitting updates that meet Apple and Google review guidelines.

Turnaround time is key. Please tell me:
• how you charge for ad-hoc work (hourly, retainer, or per ticket),
• the communication channels you prefer for urgent issues, and
