Private Limited Setup & Contracts

I am forming a new private limited company and need end-to-end legal assistance. The jurisdiction is already chosen; I simply need an expert to steer the process, file the paperwork, and then craft the core agreements we will rely on from day one.

First, I want the company fully incorporated—certificate of incorporation, constitution documents, shareholder structure, and any standard post-registration filings that apply in this state.

Once the entity exists, I need clear, enforceable contracts:
• Employee agreements that comply with local labour law, cover confidentiality/IP, and are easy to adapt for different roles.
• A master client services agreement (plus a simple work-order template) that protects us on scope, payment terms, liability, and dispute resolution.

I do not have any existing templates, so everything will need to be drafted from scratch and delivered in editable format (Word or Google Docs).

Please guide me on the optimal sequence of steps, expected government timelines, and anything I should prepare in advance so the process runs smoothly. When the job is complete, I expect to have all official incorporation documents in hand and contract drafts ready to roll out to staff and customers.
