SEBI-Compliant Meta Ads Agency Required for India IPO Education Campaign

Project Description:

We are looking for an India-focused Meta Ads agency or regulated advertising partner capable of legally launching and managing financial-services advertising campaigns in India.

We provide general IPO education, company research and market-awareness content. Our initial objective is to generate qualified leads through Meta Instant Forms and, after obtaining user consent, direct them to our WhatsApp educational community.

Important Requirement:

We do not currently have a SEBI registration or a Meta-approved financial advertiser account for India.

Therefore, we require an agency that can execute the campaign through:

• Its own duly authorised and verified financial advertising structure; or
• A formally contracted SEBI-registered partner that will review, approve and take responsibility for the advertising campaign.

The responsible regulated entity must be correctly disclosed as the advertiser where required. The arrangement must be legitimate, transparent and supported by a formal service agreement.

We are not looking to purchase or rent an advertising account, borrow credentials, use cloaking, or circumvent Meta’s review systems.

Required Services:

• Provide the compliant Meta Business Manager and advertising structure needed for campaign execution
• Handle or coordinate India financial advertiser verification
• Review our IPO educational content for Meta and Indian regulatory compliance
• Create compliant advertising copy, creatives and Meta Instant Forms
• Launch and manage the advertising campaigns
• Connect qualified leads to our WhatsApp educational community after consent
• Monitor performance and optimise cost per qualified lead
• Provide transparent advertising-spend and performance reports
• Give us appropriate campaign access for monitoring expenditure and advertising content

Agency Requirements:

• Proven experience running Meta financial-services or investment-education advertisements in India
• Experience working with SEBI-registered entities
• Knowledge of Meta’s Financial Products and Services Special Ad Category
• Ability to demonstrate previous compliant campaign experience
• Clear contractual responsibility for account management, compliance and advertising spend
• Clear refund or remediation terms if the campaign cannot be launched

3. Can your verified advertising structure legally run IPO educational lead-generation campaigns in India?
4. Will the regulated entity review and approve our advertising materials?
5. Can you manage the complete process, including account structure, verification, campaign creation and optimisation?
6. Can leads be collected through Meta Instant Forms and transferred to our WhatsApp educational community after consent?
7. What evidence of previous compliant financial campaigns can you provide?
8. What are your setup fee, monthly management fee and advertising-spend commission?
9. What happens to unused advertising funds if the account or campaign is restricted?

Our content does not promise guaranteed returns, guaranteed IPO allotments, listing gains or personalised investment recommendations.

Initial project budget: USD 250–750 for setup and management. Advertising spend will be funded separately and may be scaled after successful testing.

Generic verified BMs, credit-line accounts, proxies or rented advertising accounts without valid India financial-advertising eligibility will not meet our requirements.
