Printed Document Text Retyping

I have a collection of printed text documents that need to be turned into retyped into digital files. All I’m after is the raw text itself—no need to reproduce the original layout, fonts, or any tables. Accuracy is the priority, so I’ll be double-checking for typos and missing lines.

Please let me know which file format you are most comfortable delivering (plain .txt or a simple .doc/.docx works for me), and your estimated turnaround time per page.
