I’m looking for a qualified accountant—ideally a CPA familiar with California corporate requirements—to conduct a full-scope forensic audit on our company books. My main objective is to uncover any errors.

Scope of review
• Bank accounts, income, and expense activity
• Payroll, employee payments, and tax withholdings
• Payments made to vendors, owners, and any related entities

What I can provide
You’ll receive login access to our accounting software along with current bank statements. Additional documents, such as invoices or payroll reports, can be pulled on request.

Deliverables

2. Detailed list of discrepancies or red flags with source references
3. Practical recommendations to strengthen internal controls and prevent future issues
