Printed Document Re-Typing

I have a batch of clear, printed pages that I need converted into an editable digital file. Everything is in a single language and the text is plain—no tables, charts, or complex layouts—so the task is straightforward copy typing.

Accuracy is more important to me than speed, but I would like a reasonably fast turnaround. Please retype the content exactly as it appears, preserving line breaks and paragraph structure, and return it to me in either a Word or Google Docs format (whichever you prefer). I will run a quick spot-check against the originals and release payment once everything matches.
