I need a seasoned U.S. tax professional to prepare and file IRS Form 1041 for the estate of someone who recently passed away. This is a full-service engagement: you will take the source documents I provide, complete every required schedule, generate any beneficiary K-1s, answer my questions along the way, and e-file the return once I give final approval.
Deliverables
• Completed Form 1041 with all supporting schedules
• Beneficiary Schedule K-1s (if applicable)
• PDF copy of the return for my records and the IRS e-file acceptance notice
Please outline the information you will need from me (statements, valuation dates, expense lists, etc.) and your expected turnaround time. Experience with estate administration and prior 1041 filings is essential.
The above description was written for me by this app. I have never done this before and I don’t really know exactly what is required to be filed! So I will need someone that understands that and is OK with handholding and questions and has patience. It was a small estate that only involved selling a house. He lived in the state of Arizona when he passed away and he was not working. I did not file any type of personal income tax returns for him as I thought when they created me the EIN number for the estate that that was all I would need to file. I have submitted the extension form. This was due to be filed in April 2026 and I did submit the extension form. I am the personal representative and there were a total of two beneficiaries.
