Precision AI Video Editor Needed

I have raw footage that has to be shaped into sharp, professional-looking pieces, and I want the entire workflow handled inside Adobe Premiere Pro. I already use some of Premiere’s AI-powered tools—auto-reframe, speech-to-text, smart color matching—and I’m looking for an editor who not only knows how to get the most from those features but also has the patience to perfect every cut, transition, color grade, and graphic detail by hand when AI falls short.

The projects vary: one week it might be a punchy promo, the next a tutorial or a snappy reel for social. Whatever the format, I expect frame-accurate edits, consistent color, clean audio, and a final export that’s ready for publication in multiple aspect ratios.

Deliverables I need every time:
• A fully polished 4K (or source-matched) master file in H.264.
• The Premiere Pro project with all assets neatly organized.
