Algorithm Code for Research

For my current research paper I must present a working algorithm and I need it coded in clean, well-commented Python right away. I will share the mathematical formulation and the performance metrics I have to report; your task is to translate that into efficient, reproducible code that I can drop straight into the paper’s appendix and run on any standard machine.

Turn-around is urgent—ASAP—so I value someone who can start immediately, iterate fast, and keep me updated as questions arise.
Key deliverables:
• A self-contained Python script or notebook implementing the algorithm
• Brief inline documentation plus a short read-me describing input, output and how to replicate results
• Verification that the code produces the expected outputs on the sample data I provide
