Precise Rotoscope Cut-outs Needed

I have five short talking-head clips, each running two to three minutes, that need to be rotoscoped frame-by-frame in Adobe After Effects. The finished foregrounds must carry a perfectly clean alpha channel because I’ll be laying the speakers over a new green-mat video background.

Key points you should know:
• Hair, shoulders and the frequent hand gestures have to stay razor-sharp with zero chatter or flicker at the mask edge.
• No colour-keying is required; ignore the existing backdrop and concentrate solely on producing accurate mattes.
• Roto Brush 2/3 is fine, but feel free to switch to manual splines whenever it gives a cleaner result.
