Colorize and Restore 35mm Negative

I need a scanned 35mm negative colorized into a natural-looking color photo.

I attached two images from the scan. The small one 1255 x 832 pixels was colorized with Nano Banana. The large one 3500 x 2321 pixels needs to be colorized like the small one. The objective is to produce a 14 x 11 colorized print, the Nano Banana application is maxed out with the 5 x7 print, however the colors are very good for the photo. This 35 mm photo was shot in 1986.

Requirements:
- Use reference photos for accurate colors.
- Strong cleanup to reduce grain, scratches, and dust.
