Precise English-Odia Translation

I need a native Odia linguist to transform a set of English general texts and documents—including a few that touch on general technical and IT topics—into fluent, culturally accurate Odia. Every sentence must read as if it was originally written in Odia, so please rely on your own expertise rather than any machine-translation tool.

Accuracy and tone are only part of the job: I also require the final file in MS Word, mirroring the original headings, lists, and overall layout. If the source shows bold, italics, or tables, keep those intact so the Odia version can drop straight back into my workflow without extra formatting time.
