Airbnb & Booking Listing Optimisation

I need a proactive virtual assistant who can jump in right away to handle both the creation of brand-new listings and the fine-tuning of my existing ones on Airbnb and Booking.com. Speed matters—I’d like to see the first updates live within the next few days.

The focus is on two things only: crafting high-converting listings from scratch and keeping prices perfectly aligned with demand. You’ll upload photos in the optimal order, write persuasive copy, add the right amenities and policies, then layer on dynamic pricing so every calendar date reflects real-time market conditions. Familiarity with tools such as Pricelabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond Pricing, or similar is a plus.
