I need a patient, hands-on mentor to guide me through building a full Document Approval & Digital Signature solution while I learn Microsoft Power Apps from the ground up. I’m a beginner, so every step—planning the data in SharePoint Lists, wiring up flows in Power Automate, and designing a responsive Canvas App—has to be explained and demonstrated live, then repeated by me until I’m comfortable.
We will start with Power Automate because I want to understand the backbone of the workflow first: dynamic approver selection, multi-level approvals, automated email notifications, and status tracking. Once the flows are solid, we’ll switch to the Canvas App to surface those same capabilities—focusing especially on dynamic approver pickers, live status indicators, and rich email feedback—all powered by the Office 365 Users connector and SharePoint attachment handling.
Typical session structure I have in mind
• Short review of yesterday’s progress
• Live build or refactor (you screen-share first, then I take the wheel)
• Check-in to be sure I can repeat the steps solo
• Quick recap and next milestones
Acceptance criteria for the engagement
• A working Canvas App, tied to SharePoint, whose approver list, notifications, and status fields reflect exactly what the flows control
• Clearly documented Power Automate flows covering request, approval, rejection, escalation, history logging, and digital-signature capture
• My ability to add a new approval level or modify an email template on my own by the end of the training
• All work done in my tenant so I can maintain it after we finish
Sessions will be online (Teams or Zoom) and scheduled around GMT+1 evenings, but I’m flexible. If you have deep experience in both Power Automate and Canvas Apps and enjoy teaching step by step, let’s set up a quick introductory call.
