Automation Expert – Streamline Alibaba Supplier Outreach

I'm looking for an automation specialist to help us make our Alibaba supplier outreach faster and more efficient. We contact suppliers/manufacturers to pitch our product, IMA168 International Marketplace Access, and we want to reduce the manual work involved.

What I need you to do:

Set up a system or workflow to help us contact suppliers at scale (finding contacts, organizing them, and sending outreach messages)
Integrate the channels we use (Alibaba messaging, email, WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.) into a manageable workflow
Help us personalize messages so outreach doesn't look generic or spammy
Build in pacing/scheduling so volume stays reasonable and our accounts stay safe
Deliver something we can run ourselves, with clear instructions

Requirements:

Proven experience automating B2B outreach or lead generation (please share examples)
Familiarity with tools like CRMs, outreach platforms, spreadsheets/Google Sheets automation, or custom scripts
Understanding of how to keep outreach compliant and low-risk (avoiding spam flags, account restrictions, or bans)
Good communication and documentation
Bonus: experience specifically with Alibaba or Chinese supplier platforms

A working, documented outreach workflow/system we can operate
A short guide on how to use it and keep accounts in good standing
