POS Billing Software with Reports

I need a lightweight retail point-of-sale billing system that centres on accurate, clear sales reporting. The core requirement is an end-of-day summary that pulls totals by payment type, gross and net revenue, refunds, and taxes so I can close the register every night in minutes instead of hunting through receipts.

Beyond ringing up sales, the interface should print or email receipts on the spot, handle basic tax calculations, and let cashiers switch between products quickly without extra clicks. Inventory management or customer relationship tools are not essential at launch, but if the codebase is modular enough to add those later it will be a plus.

Deliverables
• A compiled or deploy-ready POS application (desktop, web, or tablet)
• Daily summary report template and export (CSV/PDF)
• Simple admin panel to set tax rates, add products, and view historical summaries
• Source code with brief setup instructions

Acceptance is met once I can install the software, process a dummy day of sales, and generate a daily summary that matches the transaction data exactly.
