My ecommerce store is half-built after a previous freelancer dropped out, so I need an experienced developer to step in, audit the current codebase, and carry the project through to launch. The existing work sits on a privately-hosted server (I’ll grant full access as soon as we start), but the core shopping flow still needs polish and several key features are missing.

What still has to be done
• Product search functionality that returns fast, relevant results and supports filtering by category, price and tags.
• User reviews and ratings displayed on each product page, including the ability for verified customers to submit photos.
• Integration of multiple payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal and one local provider) with secure checkout and proper webhook handling.

Design direction
I have a reference store whose look and feel I’d like to emulate. I’ll share the URL and brand guidelines in our first chat so you can mirror the clean, modern layout while keeping my own color palette and typography.

Scope of work
1. Review the partially completed site, document what can be reused, and outline a sprint plan.
2. Implement the three missing feature sets above.
3. Ensure responsive styling matches the reference design on desktop, tablet and mobile.
4. Conduct end-to-end testing, fix any bugs, and prepare a staging build for my sign-off.
5. Migrate to production and monitor for 7 days to catch edge-case issues.

Deliverables accepted when
• All features function across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge and mobile browsers.
• Payment transactions process successfully in test and live modes.
• Lighthouse performance score stays above 85 on key pages.
• I receive complete documentation for future maintenance.

Please be comfortable working with an inherited codebase and ready to start right away; the sooner we can relaunch, the better.
