Pomona Townhome Landscape & Irrigation Plans

I’m seeking a landscape architect or experienced landscape designer to prepare a landscape and irrigation plan for a townhome project in Pomona, California.

The project has a preliminary landscape concept and supporting project documents. The landscape area is approximately 3,500 sq. ft.; please verify the final plan limits against the supplied drawings. The plan should use the existing concept where feasible and address the City’s landscape submittal requirements and the supplied stormwater notes.

Scope and deliverables
- Review the preliminary landscape plan, AutoCAD site plan, LID report, plant list, stormwater notes, and City application materials.
- Prepare a coordinated planting plan with plant names, quantities, sizes, spacing, and water-use categories or hydrozones.
- Prepare an irrigation plan showing the system type, layout, zones, and irrigation components.
- Include the plant-water-use calculation and applicable Appendix C worksheet in the drawing package.
- Show an 8-foot-diameter no-plant area around each backyard tree.
- Coordinate the landscape plan with the supplied stormwater/LID documents and notes.
- Deliver a submission-ready PDF and editable CAD file.
Civil engineering, revisions to the LID calculations, installation, and City fees are outside this scope. Please identify any assumptions or exclusions in your proposal.
