Mmpı cevaplarını Fotoğraftan Excel’e Aktaran program

I work with MMPI answer sheets that have been photographed with a phone. Each sheet shows one question per line with “Evet / Hayır” options, and the correct option is simply marked with an “x”.

What I need is a lightweight program that can:
• load a batch of these photos (JPG or PNG),
• detect every question line, recognise whether the “x” sits under Evet or Hayır,
• export a clean .xlsx file that lists the question number in one column and the detected correct answer in the next.

Accuracy is critical—there should be no manual correction after export. If you choose to use Python, OpenCV and Tesseract that is fine, but any stack is acceptable as long as it runs on Windows 10 without extra paid licences.

Deliverables
1. Executable or script with brief setup notes.
2. Sample Excel output generated from three supplied photos so I can validate detection quality.
3. Well-commented source code.

Acceptance criteria: on the test set I supply, every line must be read and transferred to Excel with 99 %+ accuracy; rows should stay in their original order.
