Playful Cartoon Sound & Text

I have a finished 2-minute 2D cartoon that only needs its final layer of polish. All the visuals are locked; what’s missing is the fun, playful atmosphere that comes from well-timed sound design, light music, and a few on-screen title cards to reinforce key moments.

Here’s exactly what I need you to do:
• Add upbeat, playful background music and spot sound effects that match the onscreen action.
• Insert short titles or key message cards at the points I’ll mark in the storyboard (no full captions—just concise callouts).
• Mix everything so dialogue and effects sit comfortably together and export back to me in the same resolution and frame rate as the original render.

I’ll supply the reference track for tone, a rough SFX cue sheet, the storyboard with timecode notes, and the final video file in .MOV. You can work in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or any NLE you prefer—as long as the final result stays perfectly in sync.

Deliverables:
1. One mastered video file with music, SFX, and titles baked in.
2. A project file (or OMF/AAF) with all audio and graphic layers clearly labeled for any future tweaks.
