Submit your offer with sample spool drawings.
I need my existing AutoCAD Plant 3D model turned into clear, fabrication-ready spool drawings for a fire-protection sprinkler system. Each spool must follow Australian standards AS 1345 and AS 2419.1 from layout right through to labeling.
Scope of work
• Break the complete sprinkler layout into logical spools.
• Generate scaled drawings with dimensions, weld locations, fitting call-outs and pipe IDs.
• Include an itemised parts list/BOM on every sheet.
• Keep all annotation styles consistent with AS 1345 colour and symbol conventions, and check sizing & clearance rules in AS 2419.1. or equivalent
Deliverables
1. Native Plant 3D (DWG) files for every spool.
2. Read-only PDF set ready for workshop issue.
Acceptance criteria
• All pipes, fittings and supports match the original model geometry.
• Bill of materials cross-checks against the 3D model with no missing items.
• Dimensions close on plotted PDFs without scaling discrepancies.
• Drawings pass a final compliance review against AS 1345 / AS 2419.1.
If you are already comfortable producing fire-protection spool packages inside Plant 3D, this should be a straightforward assignment. Let me know your expected turnaround and any clarifications you need with the current model, and we can get moving right away.
