Photo Board to Wall Art

I need a creative artist to update and convert a 21 Year Celebration photo board into wall art, I want little labels and signs to really make it awesome. The original photos are printed, and I'm looking for someone to part frame some or come up with ideas for it all to be wall mounted.

Approx 2mts in length by 900 high to work with.

Contact me, as I really want this to be special.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in photo manipulation and collage creation
- Proficiency in framing and canvas printing techniques
- Strong design sense to ensure a cohesive look
