Philippines Support for BlueWay

I need a small, dedicated team based in the Philippines to become the first line of contact for both BlueWay and WIBEE. Your core mission is to walk new customers and drivers through the entire registration journey—from their initial question to a completed, verified account—while keeping response times fast and communication friendly.
Here is what the work looks like day to day: you will monitor shared email inboxes, live-chat widgets, and social pages, reply to every inquiry in clear English, collect any missing documents, and update our CRM so sales can step in only when an account is fully set up. Alongside that frontline support, you may occasionally nudge prospects who stalled mid-registration, send follow-up templates that I provide, and flag any unusual issues so our tech team can jump in.
Because the primary focus is customer support and registration assistance, I’m looking for people who already know the standard tool-set—think Zendesk or Freshdesk for tickets, HubSpot or a similar CRM for data entry, and Google Workspace spreadsheets for quick reporting. If another platform fits better, I’m open, but you should be comfortable switching tabs quickly and documenting every call, chat, or email.
Turnaround: I want the team up and fully trained within a month, so reliability and previous experience handling high-volume support queues are essential. When you apply, please highlight your experience with registration workflows, any metrics you helped improve (first-response time, completion rates, CSAT), and the hours your team can cover in Philippine Standard Time.
Deliverables I’ll review weekly:
• Inbox and chat cleared to agreed-upon SLA.
• CRM updated with 100 % accurate registration status.
• Simple metrics report (ticket volume, resolved, escalated).
If guiding people calmly through forms, IDs, and follow-ups is second nature to you, I’m ready to hear from you and get started.
