Personal English-to-Hindi Novel Translator Bot

English to Hindi Novel Translation Telegram Bot

I need a PRIVATE/PERSONAL-USE Telegram bot for English-to-Hindi novel translation.

MAIN WORKFLOW:

1. I upload an English TXT novel file to the Telegram bot.

2. The bot should accept a large TXT file, for example around 10 MB, and translate the complete novel into Hindi.

3. Before translation, the bot should give me two separate style options:

A) NORMAL HINDI
- Natural Hindi translation
- Meaning of the original English text should be preserved
- Chapter numbers and titles should remain properly arranged

B) INDIAN HINDI STYLE
- Natural Indian-style novel language
- Natural Indian dialogues and narration
- Easy to understand and suitable for audio narration
- Character names and place names should remain consistent
- It should feel like an Indianized novel, not a word-for-word machine translation

4. After translation, the bot should split the Hindi output into smaller TXT files.

5. Default target should be approximately 1 MB per Hindi TXT file because I use these files for audio conversion.

6. If possible, the bot should allow me to choose the output part size:
- 500 KB
- 1 MB
- 1.2 MB
- 1.5 MB
- 2 MB
- Custom

7. Prefer splitting at chapter boundaries instead of cutting a chapter unnecessarily.

8. Large files should be processed safely without the bot crashing or losing progress.

9. The bot should save translation progress so that it can resume after interruption.

10. If any part/chapter fails because of a temporary error, it should be saved separately and have a RETRY FAILED option.

11. The final Hindi TXT files should be clean UTF-8 text files.

IMPORTANT ABOUT TRANSLATION COST:

I currently use a free/simple translation method for my novels and I do NOT want ongoing payment after the bot is developed.

I want to try the complete 10 MB English TXT translation workflow first.

If your implementation requires:
- Paid AI API
- Subscription
- Per-file payment
- Per-word/token payment
- Paid cloud/server

please tell me BEFORE development starts.

I only want to pay the freelancer once for developing the bot. I do not want unexpected ongoing translation/API charges.

If the free translation method has a file-size limitation, please explain it and suggest the best way to handle it.

- Termux setup instructions
- Configuration instructions
- Basic usage instructions

This is a private/personal-use bot. I am the only user.

Budget: ₹1,000–₹2,000.

Please confirm what you can provide within this budget and whether there will be any additional ongoing cost.
OPTIONAL / IF POSSIBLE: HINDI AUDIO (TEXT-TO-SPEECH)

After the Hindi translation and TXT splitting are completed, I would also like an option to generate Hindi audio from the Hindi TXT parts.

IMPORTANT:

I do NOT want the complete 10 MB novel converted into one huge audio file.

The workflow should be:

English TXT
→ Hindi Translation
→ Split Hindi TXT into smaller parts
→ Generate separate Hindi audio for each part

For example:

Hindi Part 1 TXT → Audio Part 1
Hindi Part 2 TXT → Audio Part 2
Hindi Part 3 TXT → Audio Part 3
and so on.

The audio should preferably be suitable for Hindi novel/audio-story narration.

If possible, the bot should:
- Generate audio part-by-part
- Keep the audio corresponding to the same TXT part
- Continue if one audio part fails
- Provide a RETRY FAILED option for failed audio parts
- Send the generated audio files through Telegram

A natural Hindi voice would be preferred.

IMPORTANT ABOUT TTS COST:

This audio feature is OPTIONAL / IF POSSIBLE.

I prefer a FREE TTS method.

I do NOT want any ongoing paid TTS/API subscription or per-character/per-file charges.

If a free TTS method is available, please use it if technically practical.

If TTS requires any paid API, subscription, cloud service, or other ongoing cost, please tell me the EXACT cost BEFORE development.

Please do not add any paid service without my approval.

The main priority is the English-to-Hindi translation bot. Audio/TTS should be added only if it can be done practically within the budget and without unexpected ongoing costs.
