Performance Marketer for Spiritual Coaching & Healing Brand

I am looking for an experienced Performance Marketer who can handle both STRATEGY + EXECUTION for my spiritual coaching and healing business.

I am a Spiritual Coach, Healer & Trainer and founder of Aura Connection, offering transformational programs, spiritual courses, healing sessions, workshops, masterclasses and online communities.

I am not looking for someone who simply runs Facebook/Instagram ads. I need a marketer who can understand my niche, develop a clear customer acquisition strategy, and take ownership of measurable growth.

What I am looking for:
Develop a complete digital marketing strategy aligned with my brand and offers
Identify the right target audience, positioning and customer journey
Create and manage Meta/Instagram/Google campaigns where appropriate
Develop a lead-generation and conversion strategy
Improve landing pages, funnels, creatives and CTAs
Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise CPL, conversion rate and ROAS
Create a strategy for organic + paid marketing
Build campaigns for workshops, courses, healing programs and consultations
Understand retargeting, lead nurturing and remarketing
Provide clear weekly reports with data, insights, actions and next steps
Ideal Candidate

I am looking for someone who:

Has proven experience in performance marketing and funnel strategy
Has worked with coaches, consultants, educators, wellness, spiritual or personal-development brands — preferred
Understands that selling transformational services requires trust-building, not just aggressive advertising
Can independently think, strategise, test and optimise
Is comfortable working with Meta Ads, funnels, CRM/automation and analytics
Can clearly explain why a campaign should be run, not just how to run it
Is focused on ROI and business outcomes, not vanity metrics
