English MP3 Transcription Singapore Affidavit

I have a set of English-language MP3 recordings featuring more than one speaker that need to be transcribed accurately, word-for-word, with each speaker clearly identified. Once the text is complete, I also require a sworn affidavit of accuracy that complies with Singapore’s legal standards, ready for court filing or other official use.

Here is what I need from you:
• A clean, verbatim transcript in editable Word format with speaker labels and clear time-stamps where the speaker changes or every 30 seconds (whichever is easier for you).
• A signed affidavit (or statutory declaration) in Singapore, attesting that the transcript is a true and complete record of the audio. If you are outside Singapore, you will need to arrange notarisation that is recognised locally.
• A short note on any sections that are truly inaudible, plus your best-effort attempts to clarify them.
