I need a Pennsylvania-licensed architect, engineer, or land surveyor who can build a complete site plan for a new driveway layout, then place your professional seal on the final sheet so it can go straight to the city clerk without redlines. You will be working from a blank slate—I do not have a survey or any prior plans—so the drawing must fully meet both state standards and the specific municipal regulations that apply to this parcel. I can assist on getting measurements and photos if needed.

The driveway must be shown with its exact dimensions and labeled surface materials. If local code calls for additional information (setbacks, sight triangles, grading notes, etc.), please incorporate those items proactively.

When the first draft is ready, send a PDF I can mark up. After my comments, issue the signed and sealed PDF that the municipality will accept.
