Service Quote App Replica

I already run a web-based Quoter that creates service quotes for one of our brands. I now need an exact replica, branded and configured for our secondary company. Every screen, workflow, and permission level from the original must be reproduced so staff can switch between the two versions without any learning curve.

Core scope
• Generate service quotes end-to-end, mirroring the logic, calculations, and approval steps that exist today.
• Keep quote template customization fully editable in an admin area so our team can update wording, pricing tables, and branding without touching code.
• Automate quote sending: once a draft is approved, the system should email a PDF (or hosted link) to the client using our SMTP or API credentials and log delivery status.

Replication details
I will provide you with access to the live application along with user stories, sample data, and design assets. The goal is functional parity; visuals can be adjusted only to reflect the new brand colours, logo, and domain. If any proprietary libraries are encountered, we will supply licenses—or you may suggest equivalent open-source alternatives that achieve identical behaviour.

Deliverables
1. Fully deployed web application on our chosen hosting environment.
2. Source code in a private Git repository with clear setup instructions.
3. Migration script or import tool so we can seed the new instance with baseline templates and price tables.
4. Brief hand-off session (recorded) walking through key admin tasks.

Acceptance criteria
• A quote produced in the replica matches the original, field-for-field and calculation-for-calculation.
• Templates can be edited through the UI and changes reflect immediately on new quotes.
• Automated emails reach the test inbox with correct branding and PDF attachment within 60 seconds of approval.
