I am building the first release of a community-driven vehicle sharing service and need a full-stack developer (or team) to turn my functional outline into a secure, mobile-responsive web application that works smoothly on both desktop and mobile browsers from day one.

Core scope
The launch version must allow drivers and owners to register, verify their identity, and operate under distinct Host and Guest profiles. Once signed in, Hosts need an interface to list vehicles, set availability with an interactive calendar, upload condition photos at check-in/check-out, and track earnings. Guests should be able to search and filter listings by location, military installation or community, price, availability, service category, and rating, then reserve and pay without leaving the platform. Stripe (or a comparable PCI-compliant gateway) will handle secure online payments and schedule automatic Host payouts.

Critical MVP features
• User registration with encrypted login and role selection
• Vehicle listing & management tools for Hosts
• Integrated, secure payment flow for bookings and payouts
.Must be a military service member or veteran

Everything else—messaging, ratings, dashboards for Host, Guest, and Admin, email/SMS notifications, and a lightweight support/contact module—should be architected but can ship with basic functionality so we stay agile. Clean code, clear documentation, and an extensible structure are essential because I plan to add iOS/Android apps and additional service categories in later phases.

Tech preferences
I am open to modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, or similar on the front end; Node, Django, or Laravel on the back end) as long as they support rapid iteration, REST/GraphQL APIs, and solid test coverage. Please mention any relevant experience with identity verification APIs and your recommended hosting stack.

Acceptance criteria
1. Responsive UI passes Google Lighthouse mobile audits (≥90).
2. New users can register, verify e-mail, choose Host or Guest, and log in securely.
3. Hosts can create, edit, and publish vehicle listings complete with pricing, photos, and availability calendar.
4. Guests can search/filter, select dates, complete payment, and see immediate booking confirmation.
5. Admin dashboard shows active users, listings, bookings, and payouts.
6. End-to-end payments succeed in sandbox and record payout data for Hosts.

Deliver the source code in a private Git repository with README instructions for local setup, environment variables, and deployment to a standard cloud provider. If you have built similar marketplace platforms, links or brief case studies will help me decide quickly. I look forward to collaborating on this MVP and iterating together as the platform grows.
