Project Overview

I am looking for an experienced mobile app developer or development team to design and build a professional Australian citizenship test preparation app.

The app will help users study for the Australian citizenship test through practice questions, mock tests, audio support and progress tracking. It should be inspired by the functionality and user experience of mycitizenshiptest.com, but it must have its own original design, branding and code.

My business is Happy Migration, and the proposed app/website brand is Practice My Citizenship.

Required Platforms

Please provide separate pricing for:

1. iOS and Android mobile apps
2. A responsive web application
3. A complete package covering iOS, Android and web

Core Features

1. Multilingual Support

The app must initially support:

- English
- Arabic
- Farsi/Dari

Users must be able to change language easily. Arabic and Farsi must display correctly using right-to-left layout.

The system should allow additional languages to be added later without rebuilding the app.

2. Citizenship Question Bank

- Include Australian citizenship practice questions and answers based on official study materials.
- Organise questions by topics and categories.
- Allow an administrator to add, edit, translate, activate or remove questions.
- Support multiple acceptable answers where appropriate.
- Display explanations after users answer questions.
- Randomise questions and answer choices.
- Avoid presenting the app as an official Australian Government service.

3. Free Trial and Payment

- Visitors can answer only three practice questions for free.
- After the third question, display a registration and payment screen.

- Administrators must be able to change the number of free questions.
- Support subscription or one-time payment options.
- Integrate secure payments using Stripe and Apple/Google in-app purchases where required.
- Include restore-purchase and subscription-management options.
- Pricing should be editable from the administration area where platform rules permit.

Ownership

All source code, designs, databases, app-store listings, domain configurations and intellectual property created for this project must be transferred to me upon final payment.

All hosting, payment, analytics, app-store and third-party service accounts must be registered in accounts that I own or control.

The developer must not reuse copyrighted designs, text, questions or code belonging to another app.
