We need a California licensed Professional Engineer to review and stamp residential home plans. This is one project for now, but we will continue to get similar requests in the future. We are adding full structural design to a modified stock home plan. We need you to provide initial direction as to what you expect to see in the plans, then review and redline them, and stamp. We do not need the PE to do any of the drafting work.
