I need a U.S-licensed Professional Engineer to verify that a 2nd floor warehouse concrete slab—5,000 sq ft—can safely support new pallet racking. Can provide photos and measurements of supports etc that are required. A brief cover letter that I can hand to the building official will round out the package.
