My team has just released a user-friendly accounting application aimed squarely at local firms that want to simplify workflows without wrestling with complex interfaces. To accelerate adoption, I’m opening a commission-only sales role for someone who already speaks the language of software sales and can translate features into value for practising accountants.
What you’ll handle
• Prospect and qualify local accounting practices, bookkeepers, and small finance departments
• Run product demos that showcase our core USP—remarkable ease of use—and answer functional questions on the spot
• Negotiate licence terms, close deals, and report progress
Success is measured by signed subscriptions and recurring revenue. Commissions are paid per closed deal with no cap, and I’m happy to set milestone percentages once we agree on realistic monthly targets.
