PDFs to Plain Word Text

I need several PDFs turned into editable Word files. The batch is a mix of standard, text-based PDFs and scanned pages, so reliable OCR will be essential on the latter.

My only concern is capturing the main body text accurately; headings, bullets, and simple paragraphs are fine, but I do not need tables, images, headers, footers, or any attempt to mirror the exact page layout. Minimal, consistent formatting (for example, one font and basic paragraph breaks) is perfect.

Deliver each converted file as an individual .docx, proof-read for obvious OCR errors before sending.
