We are currently seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an HR and Immigration Consultant.
Responsibilities
Provide professional and high-quality immigration and human resources consultancy services
Develop channels in China to promote the company's immigration and HR consultancy services
Explore business partners in China and coordinate the acquisition of work permits and resident permits for foreign customers.
Review and formulate the annual recruitment plan, analyze and evaluate personnel policies for Mainland customers
Assist in improving job descriptions and performance appraisal systems for Mainland customers
Manage customer contact and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements
Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English
Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
Strong organizational and time management skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for logistics
