PDF to Word Data Entry

I have between one and five PDF files that need to be converted into fully editable Word documents. Every word must be captured accurately and organised with clear headings and subheadings that reflect the original section breaks. I am not concerned about recreating the exact visual layout beyond that; readability and clean structure are what matter.

Deliverables
• A separate .docx file for each source PDF
• Headings and subheadings correctly applied
• Text proof-read for accuracy and completeness

Send a short sample of your previous transcription work if you have one so I can gauge formatting style. Once I approve the first file, the rest can follow the same template.
