PDF to Spreadsheet Data Entry

I have a collection of PDF files that contain strictly numeric information—no text fields, just figures that need to be captured exactly as they appear. My priority is accuracy; an automated scrape won’t cut it because occasional formatting quirks in the PDFs throw off OCR. I’m looking for someone who will open each file, verify every number by eye, and input the data manually into a clean, analysis-ready spreadsheet.

You are free to work in Excel or Google Sheets—whichever you prefer—and I’m happy to export the final table to CSV or another standard format once the numbers are confirmed. Just let me know your preferred workflow up-front so I can stay consistent on my end.

Acceptance criteria
• Every numeric value transcribed without alteration
• Consistent column order and number formatting (no stray commas, spaces, or hidden characters)
• A quick note flagging any illegible values or discrepancies you spot in the source PDFs
• On-time delivery of the completed spreadsheet plus a brief completion report
