PDF Tables to Pivot-Ready Excel

I have a small PDF, fewer than ten pages, that contains only tabular data. I need every table moved into a single Excel workbook and laid out so I can run pivot tables or other analytical tools immediately—no merged cells, consistent headers, clean number formats, and each dataset starting on its own sheet if the structures differ.
To be clear, I am not looking for a screenshot‐style replica. I want the information normalized: headings on the first row, units stripped out of numeric columns, and totals or subtotals placed in separate rows or omitted if they interfere with analysis. Accuracy is critical, so a quick manual proof against the PDF will be expected before delivery.
Deliverables:
• One .xlsx file with all tables converted and analysis-ready
• A quick note describing any assumptions or ambiguities you encountered while converting the data
I’ll review by cross-checking random rows; if everything aligns and the workbook pivots cleanly, we’re done.
