I have a batch of PDF files that contain a mix of plain text, tables, and a few small charts. I need every bit of that information transferred accurately into a clean, well-formatted Excel workbook. No images or Word documents are involved—just PDFs in, Excel out.

Here’s what success looks like for me:
• One Excel file (or one per PDF if that’s cleaner) where each table is recreated in proper rows and columns, any narrative text appears in clearly labelled sheets or columns, and chart data is captured as numeric values.
• Spot-checked accuracy that matches the PDFs 100 %. Typos, skipped rows, or merged cells that break sorting will be rejected.
• Consistent fonts, column widths, and basic styling so the sheet is immediately usable.
• Delivery by the date we agree on—no extensions unless we discuss them in advance.

If you have solid data-entry experience, an eye for detail, and can commit to the deadline, let’s get started. I have PDF files containing text, tables, and charts. I need all the information accurately converted into a clean and well-formatted Excel file. Tables should be organized into proper rows and columns, and chart data should be entered as numeric values. Accuracy is very important.
