PDF-to-Excel Data Entry

I have an ongoing stream of PDF or scanned image files that must be re-typed into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. Every cell has to match the source exactly—names, numbers, punctuation, capitalisation—so I can rely on the sheet for further processing without a separate proofreading pass.

You will receive a small batch each day. As soon as you send back the completed Excel file and I confirm its accuracy, the next batch will follow, so this can turn into a steady long-term collaboration. Freshers are absolutely welcome as long as you are detail-oriented, comfortable with repetitive tasks and committed to maintaining 100 % accuracy.

Deliverable for each batch
• One Excel (.xlsx) file mirroring the content of the supplied PDFs/images
• No missing characters, extra spaces or formatting inconsistencies
• File returned within the agreed daily timeframe
