Invoice Data Entry & Formatting

I have a batch of invoices that must be recreated from handwritten or PDF sources and transferred into my standard Microsoft Word and Excel templates. Every entry has to be typed accurately, double-checked, and delivered in a clean, print-ready format.

Scope of work
• Enter all product or service descriptions and the associated payment terms into the invoice template in Word.
• Mirror the same information in the companion Excel sheet so totals can be calculated and tracked.
• Apply only the standard templates I provide—no custom layouts or re-styling.
• Proof every document once more before handing it back so numbers, spelling, and alignment are flawless.

Deliverables
1. A set of fully populated Word invoices, each saved as both .docx and PDF.
2. A single Excel file consolidating the same invoices on separate, well-named tabs.

Acceptance criteria
• 100 % of product/service descriptions and payment terms present and error-free.
• Formatting matches the supplied template exactly.
• No extra elements, spacing issues, or missing fields.
