I have a batch of PDF documents that contain customer names, mailing addresses, phone numbers, and email details. I need every one of those fields extracted faithfully and entered into a clean Excel sheet.
For each PDF you’ll:
• Capture the full name, street address, city, state, ZIP/postcode, phone, and email exactly as they appear.
• Paste the data into the corresponding columns of the template I’ll supply.
• Double-check spelling, punctuation, and line breaks so the sheet is ready for immediate mail-merge use.
The PDFs are clear text (no handwriting), so you can type manually or use OCR—whichever is faster for you—as long as the final Excel file is 100 % accurate. I’ll share a small test file first; once that passes review, the remaining PDFs follow in batches.
Deliverable: one fully populated .xlsx file returned for each batch, with the original column order preserved and no stray formatting.
