I have several text-based PDFs where the text is fully selectable—no scanning or OCR headaches. I simply need each file converted to an editable .docx.
Please strip everything back to the essentials: keep the main headings and body text in the correct order, but leave out intricate layouts, fonts, images, and any decorative elements that stand in the way of clean editing later. The source files are almost entirely plain paragraphs with a few headings; there are no tables, forms, or signature fields to worry about, so this should be a straightforward export rather than a reconstruction project.
What I expect to receive: a Word document for every PDF I provide, with headings styled logically (Heading 1, Heading 2, etc.) and all body text preserved accurately. Consistency and accuracy matter far more than replicating the exact look of the original.
If you routinely work with tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Nitro, or similar PDF converters and can turn these around quickly, let me know your timeframe and any questions you might have.
