PDF Text Data Entry

I have a batch of PDFs that contain pure text-based information which I need transferred with 100 % accuracy into an editable format. Every file is already fully digital—there’s no scanning or OCR cleanup required—so the task is straightforward data entry rather than data extraction from images.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Open each PDF, copy the required text exactly as it appears, and paste it into the template I’ll provide (Word or Excel, your choice).
• Preserve paragraph breaks, headings, and any simple formatting such as bold or italics.
• Double-check each entry for spelling, missing lines, and overall consistency before submitting the final file.

Turnaround is important to me, but accuracy matters most; I’d rather wait an extra day than have to proofread twice. Let me know how many pages you can comfortably handle per day and any tools (Adobe Acrobat, Nitro, etc.) you like to work with so I can plan the hand-off.
