Coach: Identify New Business Opportunities

I’m at a stage where fresh, well-validated opportunities are more valuable to my business than anything else. My priority is entrepreneurial coaching that zeroes in on business-strategy work—specifically, surfacing and shaping new avenues for growth.

Here’s how I picture the engagement. We’ll meet virtually (video preferred) for focused sessions where you guide me through proven frameworks—SWOT, Lean Canvas, competitor gap mapping, or others you favour—to uncover ideas I can realistically pursue. Between calls I’ll complete short assignments so each discussion builds toward a concise, data-backed opportunity map and a 90-day action plan.

By the end I want:
• A ranked list of viable new opportunities, each with key assumptions, target segments, and rough sizing
• A clear decision matrix so I can choose which path to fund first
• A step-by-step execution outline I can follow immediately
