PDF Data Entry and Conversion

I need help taking a batch of PDFs and turning them into fully editable files while preserving the original layout. Some documents are natively digital, others are scanned, so accurate OCR may be required. Once converted, I will need clean, error-free text with headings, tables, and any embedded images kept in their proper places.

Deliverables
• Editable files (Word, Excel, or plain text as agreed per document)
• Matching page order, fonts, and basic styling
• Zero stray characters, missing paragraphs, or format drift
