Convert Scans into Editable PDF

I have a set of handwritten notes saved as high-resolution scanned images. I need them transcribed into a clean, editable PDF that keeps the original order and headings but sticks to basic, uncluttered formatting—nothing fancy or heavily redesigned. A handful of pages include small diagrams and occasional special symbols; please recreate those clearly so they can still be edited later if I need to make changes.

Accuracy matters more than speed: spelling, punctuation, and page breaks should match the scans, but I do not want you to mimic every minor pen mark or alignment quirk. For tools, feel free to work in Word, Google Docs, LaTeX, or any software you prefer as long as the final output is a fully editable PDF.

When you send the finished file, include the native source document as well so I can adjust text or diagrams on my end.
